The default TMS dashboard provides an overview of your Projects, Jobs, Categories, and Tasks. However, you can choose to create your own custom TMS dashboards that match better to your project managements needs.

      Create a new TMS dashboard

      • Open the TMS module in Gridly
      • In Gridly Project Dashboard page, click on Content next to the Gridly logo.
      • Select TMS from the dropdown list.
      • Click the button next to TMS Dashboard. Select Create new dashboard.
      • Enter the name and description for your new dashboard then click Save.
      • Click the Add widget button on the top right corner.
      • Select the widget to add to your dashboard. Fill in all required fields, then click Save:
        • Project overview: Displays key project details and status
        • Category summary: Displays stats for specific categories
        • Job tracker: Monitor job progress and completion
        • Task board: Visualize and manage your tasks
        • Text note: Add notes or text-based information
        • Embedded page: Embed Gridly shared view within the dashboard
        • Shortcut links: Create quick links for easy navigation
        • Reference files: Reference files from project or category

      Edit TMS dashboard

To edit your TMS dashboard, click the Edit button in the top right corner:

      • To change the number of columns in your dashboard, click Change layout and select a suitable layout.
      • You can also move and arrange widgets. Click and hold the icon next to widget name, then drag the widget to its new location.
      • Click Done to save your dashboard.
