This article will guide you to set up auto logout for inactive users to protect your data from unauthorized tampering. With this security setting in place, Gridly will detect and log out idling users after a set period of time.
From your Gridly dashboard, click the
button next to your company name and select Company settings.
On this page, select Security.
Under the Reauthenticate after a period of inactivity section, change the setting from Disabled to your time period of choice. Users with no activities on Gridly app will be asked to sign in again after that chosen time period.
