In order to open review panel, you can hover the left side of each record and click on the expand button to expand the review panel for that record

Record review panel allows you to review all cells in the record by displaying a panel on the right side of the grid. This panel includes information of all cells within the record. You can also edit values of these cells directly in the panel.
