QA report
QA report tracks all QA Check (Auto QA) runs, providing you with the most detailed insights on translation quality in your TMS Jobs and Tasks.
This feature is available in the TMS module.
In a TMS Job, click QA Report. The QA report has 2 tabs: Overview and Detailed.
Overview tab
This tab displays the latest QA Check results for each Task in the Job, including:
- Language pair
- User who performed the check
- Number of errors, warnings, and information items found
In this tab, Tasks are grouped by Workflow step, which is determined by the Job's Workflow template. You can filter which Tasks to view using the Workflow step dropdown menu. Click on the language pair to open the Task in the CAT editor.

Detailed tab
This tab displays all QA Check runs performed for Tasks in the Job.

First, filter which Task whose QA report you want to see using the Language pair and Workflow step dropdown menus. Click Open task to open it in the CAT editor.

You will see the report of all QA Check runs performed in the Task, including:
- When each QA Check was executed.
- Which user performed the QA Check.
- Number of errors, warnings, and information items found.
For easy comparison, Gridly highlights the Latest QA result, the Previous run, and the First run.

The report also indicates the changes in number of issues between runs:
- Red numbers: Increase compared to the previous run
- Green numbers: Decrease compared. to the previous run

To view the detailed result of each run, click on its run time. To learn more about each error code, refer to this article: QA Check errors reference guide.

QA Report status
You can quickly determine if a TMS Job still has unresolved QA Check issues using the QA report status:
- If the status is orange, the Job still has unresolved QA Check issues.
- If the status is green, the Job doesn't have any unresolved QA Check issues and can be delivered without any warnings.
When delivering a TMS Job with unresolved QA Check issues, you will encounter this warning message.
