The Retrieve TM Match automation action enables you to automatically fetch Translation Memory (TM) matches for selected records in a Grid. It allows you to verify whether existing TM matches are available from the assigned Translation Memory, or use the results in subsequent automation steps.

This Automation action uses the Translation Memory assigned to the Project. Learn how to assign TM to a Project.
Setup
After creating an automation and select your trigger, click Add Step. Select Retrieve TM match in the automation action list.
Configure these following settings for this Automation action:
- Select source language column
- Select target language to fetch TM
- Select Output column to hold the result (optional): By default, the results of this Automation action will be held in the selected target language column. However, you can store the results in another column and use this as input for the subsequent automation step.
Test the Automation action

Switch the toggle next to the Automation's name to activate it.

Click Test Automation.
